A merger of Dell with EMC meant a global rebrand was required for locations worldwide.

Because there was no design firm involved, TISA collaborated directly with Dell to update their sign standards incorporating their updated logo and material specifications ensuring a cost-effective design. TISA then prototyped all major signs in the family ensuring Dell’s vision of the updated brand was realized in the physical signs.

During the implementation of the program, Dell’s key stakeholders were spread throughout the globe. This at times meant information and communication was delayed in the initial onset of the program. We quickly adjusted our team’s schedules around the globe to better fit the clients as well as implemented our online client portal for 24/7 access to information. By quickly implementing these new processes, being flexible to our clients needs and using TISA’s global capabilities and all issues were quickly remedied.

We had some late night and early morning meetings with our partners in different time zones. But, because we were flexible, we were able to work with everyone’s schedule to keep the project on target.
